The HBA Kicks Off Inaugural Yearlong HOPE Leadership Program

This month, the HBA is proud to kick off its inaugural (and sold out!) HOPE leadership program, an accelerated one-year program for companies who are intentional and committed to developing a diverse pipeline of female talent within their organizations. The HOPE leadership program is designed for middle to senior level managers in underrepresented communities including LGBTQ+, women of color, and women with ability diversity, and provides leadership development, coaching, and mentoring.
