- I believe that communication is a critical part of leadership. I strive for open, frequent communication in daily interactions with all “customers;” from my staff and the shared services teams who need direction and coordination on deliverables and to always keep in mind the company mission; to the faculty whom help us deliver rich peer to peer education; and to the commercial organizations that fund us and need to know the educational program’s impact.
