Refund policy

The HBA greatly appreciates your membership, partnership and business. We offer this refund policy to help us serve you. Please contact us with questions. 

Membership dues
Membership dues are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Duplicate payments and overpayment refunds
Please contact us if you believe you have been overcharged or charged twice. Overpayments will be credited to the purchaser’s account or refunded upon request.

Unexpected costs incurred during the processing of HBA membership dues
The member will be responsible for all unexpected costs incurred by the HBA during the processing of membership fees. Such costs include (but are not limited to) dishonored check fees or bank charges made as a result of insufficient funds or accounts having been closed.

HBA promotional products
If not satisfied, or if the product is damaged, please contact us immediately and return the product within 30 days for a refund.

Publications
Purchases of publications are non-refundable.

If you've registered for an event and cannot attend, please note these policies:

Live programs/event registrations
Registration cancellations and requests for refunds vary based on each specific event and must be submitted to the HBA for consideration. If the HBA cancels an event, you will be notified via email with the details including refunds and rescheduling.

Webinars
Registration must be cancelled prior to the day of the live webinar for a refund.
