Sonali Pandhe is a medical affairs professional serving as the Regional Director of Corporate Engagement for the HBA Southwest region. She has completed her PhD in Molecular Virology and has always been passionate about science and business.

She was drawn to the HBA due to its various career development programs, leadership roles, and opportunities to connect with like-minded professionals. 

As a Corporate Engagement Regional DIrector, Sonali acts as a liaison between the HBA and companies that are or want to be Corporate Partners. Her role allows her to engage with various Corporate Partners, identify their needs, outline specific sponsorship opportunities, and develop programs alongside the HBA Southwest regional team.
