Learn more about board member Joyce Ercolino!

What is your current job title?

I am Director of Digital Excellence at Harmony Biosciences. As part of the marketing team, I contribute to and also measure and optimize our consumer and provider media and marketing efforts. I’m focused on our omnichannel strategy and growth.

Why did you join the HBA?

I joined the HBA to meet other women in the healthcare industry, but also to give back. Over time I’ve volunteered in different roles including the Mentorship program before becoming a board member.

What are your interests outside of work and the HBA?

Some of my favorite pastimes include traveling, spending time outdoors, biking, listening to live music, and enjoying good food with friends and family.

What or who inspires you?

Working moms inspire me. No matter what your role, it requires a lot of skill to manage a career and family. Whether you’re raising children or supporting your parents, family care is underrated. Seeing more working mothers move into senior leadership and board member roles now is very fulfilling.

Fun fact about you?

I hiked a glacier in Patagonia. Awesome experience and one of the best vacations ever.

What’s your favorite quote?

I’ve always used the Serenity Prayer as my guide. “God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference.”

What are you passionate about in your service with the HBA?

The HBA offers great opportunities to build your career network, grow your experience, help others, and work with healthcare leaders that you wouldn’t have the opportunity to meet in your daily role.

How about in your career?

In my career, I am passionate about customer experience, and strive to continually improve how we connect patients and providers to valuable information that helps improve healthy outcomes. I’m a life-long learner and love to find ways to innovate and improve the status quo.
