HBA Houston Networking Event and Clothing Drive

HBA Houston and its members honored Women’s History month with an intimate but very successful clothing drive for Dress for Success Houston.

HBA Houston members were able to connect and network with friends and colleagues as they learned more about the HBA, future HBA Houston events, and volunteer opportunities within HBA Houston.  

Those in attendance felt honored and privileged to support other women in the Houston area with over 130 donated articles of clothing and shoes, all in benefit of Dress for Success Houston. Dress for Success is dedicated to helping to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire, and development tools to help women thrive in work and life.

The heart and sprit of our Houston members were evident in the generosity and the quality of their donations. Many pieces were “NWT” and most of the 15+ pairs of shoes were brand new. A heartfelt “Thank you!” to all of you that came to support such a wonderful organization.
