Join HBA Women in Healthcare Give Back’s “Leaders Impacting Health Equity” program!
Please note that the 2023 program has already kicked off, but regional teams are still accepting participants.
Are you interested in addressing health disparities, especially for women? Do you want to develop your leadership skills? Are you looking for an opportunity to create connections with women in healthcare who are also passionate about improving health equity?
As a part of the program, you will:
- Actively support local nonprofits improving health disparities
- Further develop a resourceful network
- Grow your leadership and communication skills
- Use social media to grow your presence within the healthcare industry
- Participate in development-focused “Leadership Fireside Chats”
- Join quarterly celebration webinars
- Increase your visibility for HBA volunteer awards

There is a small $5 registration fee to cover HBA administrative costs, but other than that, all program costs are covered by your HBA membership.
Once you register for the program, you will receive a link from the HBA to a short survey so that we can get to know your interests and place you on a team. In the meantime, you can explore the program FAQs and learn more about WIH Give Back's leadership culture and past programs.
