Announcing the 2024 HBA Central New Jersey Board of Directors
We are excited to announce the members of the HBA Central New Jersey (CNJ) 2024 Chapter Board of Directors.
Volunteers starting their first-year terms:
Chapter Vice President: Lisa Yates
Having served as HBA Central New Jersey’s Marketing Director at Large in 2023 and previously as Programming Director at Large, Lisa will continue to expand her responsibility and make an even bigger impact by taking on the Vice President role. She is the Director of Drug Product, Bio Drug Substance, & Cell Therapy Development, Strategic Sourcing and Procurement at Bristol Myers Squibb.
Director and Large, Programming: Anu Ganguly
We are welcoming Anu Ganguly as our new Programming Director-at-Large. Anu led the fall 2023 educational event “Making the Most of Our ERG for Business and Career Success”. She is the Director of Digital Core Commercial Strategy and Value Creation at Pfizer.
Director at Large, Marketing and Communications: Quinnie Wong
Quinnie was HBA Central New Jersey’s Marketing committee lead in 2023 and has been promoted to Marketing Director at Large. She is the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Communications and Strategy Lead for the Sciences and Business Innovation Office at Pfizer.
Operations Committee Lead: Stephanie Hondorp
In the last year serving as HBA Central New Jersey’s programming committee lead, Stephanie has been selected to support leadership in strategy and planning. Stephanie is the Senior Study Start Up & Regulatory Specialist at Syneos Health.
Continuing in their board terms are:
Chapter President: Juliet Hart
Juliet is continuing her role as President. In this role, she will further expand the chapter’s work and influence. Juliet owns her own consulting practice, Hart & Chin, which specializes in leadership development consulting, training and coaching for STEM professionals and leaders within their organizations.
Chapter Operations Director: Sharon List
In 2024, Sharon will continue as Operations Director and board liaison for the Visionary Leaders Circles (VLCs), collaborating with HBA Central New Jersey volunteer (VLC champion) - Mercedes Tarlati. She is a certified Executive Coach and the founder of All Inclusive You, a company designed to help others achieve work/life success.
Director at Large, Membership and Volunteer Engagement: Leia Akre
Previously a champion of the Johnson & Johnson HBA Global Ambassadors Program, Leia is continuing her role, volunteering on the HBA Central New Jersey Chapter Board of Directors. She is the Director of External Quality Operational Excellence at Janssen.

We want to thank Stephanie Stevens and Beth McGhee for their exceptional HBA Central New Jersey Board leadership and accomplishments in 2023. They both have a long tenure volunteering with HBA and have significantly impacted many members’ professional and personal lives.
