Mentoring programs typically pair seasoned professional mentors with newer or mid-level professionals who seek their insight on leadership development and/or career advancement. Recognizing the need to foster engagement among diverse populations and to spark innovation and knowledge sharing, several companies expanded their mentoring opportunities by encouraging mentors and mentees to trade places. This session will highlight two of these companies, the different ways they approach reverse mentoring, the experiences of mentors and mentees, and how these experiences foster inclusive leadership. Conference participants will leave with insights on how to reimagine mentoring.
