*Registration fee includes a reception on Monday night, breakfast and lunch on Tuesday, and breakfast on Wednesday. There is a reception planned at Reading Terminal Market for Tuesday night (additional fee required).

Cancellations and substitutions
The deadline for cancellations is 20 September, 2017. Cancellations must be submitted via email and are subject to a $75 USD admin fee. If we do not receive your email cancellation request by 20 September, 2017, you remain responsible for the full registration fee. Substitutions are permitted at any time and should also be submitted via email.
