HBA Orange County Announces 2021 Mentoring Program Lead

HBA Orange County is pleased to announce our new Mentoring Program lead for 2021, Crystal Muilenburg, VP, corporate communications and public relations at Evolus.

Crystal will oversee all aspects of the HBA OC Mentoring Program, including strategy, recruitment, communication, mentor-mentee matching and establishing key partnerships within Orange County.

“In the midst of work-life-parenting-zoom madness, I found inspiration this year when I joined the HBA OC 2020 mentoring circle. This experience reinforced the critical role mentors, coaches, sponsors and work families play in our lives, especially during times like these. I have been blessed with abundant support from many people during my career, which has allowed me to achieve more than I ever thought possible. I am honored and excited to lead the 2021 HBA OC Mentoring Program to help champion the next set of local leaders!” –Crystal Muilenburg

The Mentoring Program is one of the HBA’s flagship programs and HBA Orange County is consistently focused on expanding participation.

“As the newest chapter in the HBA Pacific region, we are thrilled to announce this new position. Crystal recently served as a mentor in the program and I’m confident that her leadership and vision will create a strong foundation for the OC Mentoring Program moving forward.” –Dr. Shawn Andrews, HBA Orange County president
