Event Recap: The Perfect Leadership Triad Webinar and Discussion

On 19 May, HBA Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) in conjunction with HBA Southwest had the pleasure of hosting a webinar to highlight and review The Perfect Leadership Triad written by Eric Turbiville. The webinar was opened by HBA DFW President Jennifer Whipkey, the Q&A and chat was monitored by HBA DFW Director at Large Brandy Walton and the webinar was moderated by Courtney Nall, HBA DFW director at large, marketing and communications. HBA members and supporters had the ability to interact with Eric and ask questions about the book and the leadership model discussed in his book.

In addition to authoring The Perfect Leadership Triad, Eric aslo serves as the Regional Director for the HBA Southwest regional mentoring program.

This event had over 50 registered attendees. The attendees were introduced to Eric’s leadership model which includes people, coaching and performance. Real-time polling was used to gauge the audience’s understanding of the importance of people to their organizations, how their teams like to be coached, how they are motivated and holding direct reports accountable for performance. This interactive experience allowed attendees to learn the concepts presented in the book and gain an understanding of where to professionally grow.

In addition, Eric generously offered five advance copies of his book to be raffled to registered attendees.

Congratulations to the following winners:

Beth Walgren
Susan Shenberger
DeAnna Jones

Eric’s book, The Perfect Leadership Triad, is now available on Amazon in Kindle and paperback versions.
