Hesch, recently took over as HBA San Francisco Bay Area chapter board president when Christine Armstrong vacated the position to take on the HBA Pacific Region president’s role.

“I am beyond excited to work with this outstanding group of women leaders,” said Hesch. “We have big plans for the Bay Area with aggressive goals to grow membership, improve programming and remain active in the healthcare community.”

As the newest director, McCarthy needs to start by building a committee of marketers who are willing to take on the aggressive goals of the chapter.

“The HBA is such a fundamental part of Bay Area healthcare,” said McCarthy. “I’ve always benefited from membership. I’m looking forward to introducing the HBA to a new generation of women working in healthcare. The HBA is a wonderful place to build your network and uncover opportunities for personal and professional growth.”
