HBA and IQVIA Bring Ambassador Program to India

The HBA is proud to partner with IQVIA to launch its flagship HBA Ambassador Program in Bangalore and Mumbai. As part of an initiative to mentor and develop women leaders, 30 senior women have been chosen to participate in an inaugural year-long leadership development program.

Bonnie Lappin, global chair, HBA Ambassador Program, was in India to launch the program and hold meetings with the participating women, while also working with them to develop individual and group initiatives that they will follow through on during the course of the year.

IQVIA India is committed to an environment of inclusion, growth and nurturing women with 49 percent of their 15,000+ workforce being women.

Congratulations to 2019 HBA Luminary Dr. Deepa Desai, VP, QA, IQVIA, who played an instrumental role to bring this program to India, by working closely with the HBA, and Amit Mookim, managing director, IQVIA South Asia, who as a country head embraced this program and is committed to making the HBA and this program an integral part of IQVIA leadership agenda.
