Experiencing the Future of Work

HBA Frankfurt Kicks-off 2019

Can you imagine a Monday morning without having any meeting on your agenda?

According to Kersten Riechers from Quäntchen & Glück this is possible. As the founder of start-up company focused on digital transformation, he also stands for a new way to work. Instead of having lengthy meetings, Kersten and his colleagues prefer to meet in 15 minutes sessions. “Montag ist Schontag”, tells us Kersten.

During a very interactive evening session, we had the chance to get a sneak-preview on what the future of our work is going to look like and how it will be influenced by technologies. At four different market places, we were able to exchange ideas and thoughts, in a start-up style environment, on how we would like to build this future together. A big thank you to Hannah Katharina Zwickert and Jan Pfeifer from Detecon, Kersten Riechers and Jessica Müller from Quäntchen & Glück, Lena Brink from Enbw and Daniela Lohaus from the University of Applied Sciences in Darmstadt
