Letter from the HBA Orange County President

On March 19, 2018, HBA Orange County became the newest HBA affiliate in the Pacific Region. We are thrilled to welcome you and offer the HBA experience to the community. Whether you’ve been part of the HBA or are new to us, we look forward to bringing HBA value to Orange County and know you will greatly benefit from our association. Orange County is home to more than 45,000 life sciences professionals and hundreds of both large and emerging healthcare-focused organizations including medical device, diagnostics, biopharma, research, PBMs and provider networks such as:

The affiliate board is working closely with HBA Central to build a strong presence in the region and encourage members at any level of their careers to participate locally. The HBA accomplishes its mission through strong business networks, education, research, advocacy and recognition for individuals and companies. “We listened to our Orange County members and are planning exciting local programs for the year, including a speed networking events,” said HBA Orange County general manager, Elle Hamilton. “We will also institute an Orange County Manbassador Program to get more male executives involved in the HBA and become vocal and active gender allies. Finally, we are pleased to welcome Allergan as our newest corporate partner. With our partners and expanding membership, the potential for HBA Orange County is immense and together we can further the advancement and impact of women in the business of healthcare.”
