July Message from HBA Dallas-Fort Worth President Tanzania Vinson

I have missed you all. We took off the month of July to vacation while Amber Lisman, institutional account specialist, Pfizer, planned our upcoming event on 14 August at Times Ten Cellars, Tending Habits: Harnessing the Power of Habit at Work and in Life.  There is still time to invite a colleague to join you for networking in a charming Dallas location.

I want to personally thank Amber on behalf of HBA Dallas-Fort Worth for being such an active and valuable member. Thank you, Amber.

In the below video, Erica Zeplin Pratt, our local chapter marketing and communications director at large, shares how she is personally impacted by her involvement with the HBA and how the organization’s work has broader implications, leading to lasting effects on the industry’s business growth. The HBA unites diverse viewpoints and areas of expertise, understanding that gender parity in the healthcare and life science businesses is a vital change—not only for individual advancement, but for corporate success.

If you would like to learn more about volunteer opportunities, please email Susan Bergen.

Have you attended one of our previous executive roundtable Events? If not, you may want to keep an eye out to register for our next roundtable on 25 September. Seating is limited and in high demand. You will have the opportunity to spend 1:1 time with a local executive in the healthcare industry.
