HBA Basel holds "Meet the New Look for 2018" event on 5 December

Following the global launch of HBA new brand, with the new teaser “a united force for change” HBA Basel organized the event “Meet the new Look for 2018: End of year celebration”.

The goal was to draw a final line to the successful run of events in 2017, to provide an opportunity for members and HBA friends to meet, network and discuss the new HBA look and feel.

The event was sponsored by Cuna GmbH.

Marcella Linn und Sandra Ischi, founders of Cuna GmbH, welcomed us to their co-working office space which recently opened, and is available for all women who are working remotely and would like to work in a shared office space.

Diana Lagalante, president, engagement, HBA Europe region, introduced the new look and feel video of HBA , explaining why the HBA is changing and what the goal is for the new brand.

Stefanie Zechner, president, HBA Basel, took a word to warmly congratulate all on a successful 2017, introducing the new operating model and discuss the upcoming changes. All members and HBA friends were invited to share their ideas on potential speakers and provide an input on event topics of preference in 2018.

The evening was conducted by Brenda Sutter (independent make up consultant) who introduces us in an interactive and fun make-up workshop.

Finally, the attendees could enjoy a summarizing trailer of all events in 2017 organised by volunteers in Basel and Zurich.

Altogether, the event atmosphere was filled with experiment, laughter, sparkle, celebration and a warm welcome to the upcoming change, on global HBA.
