Dear HBA New York,
At the beginning of this year, we announced that the HBA would be moving into a new model of operation, which resulted in the establishment of the NY chapter. The goal was to provide you with more value and opportunities to achieve your development goals, while helping others realize theirs. I am proud to say that we have achieved and exceeded several of our goals so far. Thank you for your continued support and contributions.
We are standing at the doorway of an incredible opportunity to provide you with even more value and to build a legacy organization of smaller chapters governed by smaller chapter boards, overseen by a regional council and guided by Centers of Excellence. I am happy to announce that in 2018, there will also be a chapter dedicated to serving the needs of Fairfield County, CT.
The HBA has a mission that is greater than one person alone can do, but working together we are a prevailing force designed to help those who want to live an empowered life. You have a strong, committed team ready to support your needs. If you have any comments, questions, and/or would like to volunteer, please reach out to us.
Set goals, have a passion for something that you believe in, and surround yourself with people who build you up and bring you support. That is the true value of being part of the HBA.
2017 HBA NY chapter president
