HBA Boston congratulates Melanie Cooke, Ursula Germann, Sohini Mazumdar, Lynn Mar and Tina Talreja on being selected for the CAP award

The HBA Boston CAP award is given to select outstanding volunteers to recognize their efforts, and to thank them for contributing their time, talent and energy to help the chapter fulfill HBA’s core purpose to further the advancement and impact of women in the business of healthcare. Winners will be presented with a plaque at the next Volunteer Social, to be held on 18 May 18 at the Cambridge Brewing Company in Kendall Square.
Melanie Cooke played a key role in programming helping to lead three extremely successful endeavors at Ironwood, Novartis and the Broad Institute, which included a first time co-sponsorship with AWIS at the October event.
Ursula Germann, Sohini Mazumdar, Lynn Mar and Tina Talreja have been instrumental in coordinating a very successful year of programming for ConnectCafe, working month after month, to secure sponsors and locations, engage countless participants, helping to recruit volunteers, and share a contagious and honest excitement for ConnectCafe.
