In both event leadership roles, Shelly has demonstrated her ability to manage an event from start to finish over the eight week planning period with timely communications to the team, just the right amount of check-ins with the DAL and very professional meeting management for the weekly meetings held with the extended team. She has a very positive, “can do” attitude which is infectious and which generates a level of trust and confidence with the HBA volunteer team and the sponsor site teams. Shelly has been a great asset to the programming team this year and I look forward to her contributions in at least one more leadership role with an event this fall.“
