Gardenia has been extremely instrumental as a member of the HBA Metro chapter Fit to Lead affinity group and the Northern NJ programming committee. Specifically, Gardenia leveraged her strengths in project management to organize and co-lead this year’s Second Annual Paddle, Push and Persevere: Overcoming Challenges Together. We honor Gardenia as she is a role model for so many for making the commitment and getting involved, to improve her own skills, but also for giving back and paying it forward.
