Dear HBA Greater Philadelphia chapter member:

Please find below information pertaining to our chapter’s annual business meeting. The annual business meeting is required by our chapter’s operating guidelines and must take place within 90-days of the close of the fiscal year. All members are encouraged to attend. This is the official annual meeting whereby members vote on officers and directors-at-large for the coming year.

This year the annual business meeting of the HBA Greater Philadelphia chapter will be:

  • Our annual business meeting this year will be held virtually using Corpreco Webcaster system
    • Please note that there will not be a dial-in only option for this meeting. The meeting will be held as a webinar and all voting will take place via your computer.
  • This notification includes:

Your proxy ballot is important

  • If you are attending the meeting, please check the appropriate box and your vote will be reserved for you at the meeting. (Note: checking this box does not register you for the event. A separate event registration notice will be sent.)
  • If you cannot attend, please check the appropriate box and, if you desire, name another HBA Greater Philadelphia chapter member in-good-standing to carry your voting privileges.
  • If you do not name a proxy, or if you do not mail or fax your proxy ballot by close of business on Thursday, October 3, 2013 (seven days prior to the meeting), your vote will be distributed to the chapter’s board of directors.
