The Leadership Success Series (LSS) presented a one-day workshop: Being a Change Agent. The program included custom-designed techniques and exercises for professionals to facilitate organizational change in the healthcare industry. Consultants Wendy Capland and Martha Miser “demystified” the external and internal process of psychological change.
One important topic discussed how leaders need to be ready to let go of one leadership style and consider other ones. The ability to manage organizational transition requires a sense of cohesion and purpose to maintain cultural norms in the work place. HBA members gained constructive input from focus groups inspiring new approaches to decision making and management styles.
The workshop was sold to capacity.
