The mentoring committee is responsible for delivering a high quality, six-month HBA mentoring program. Each year, we provide our members with the opportunity to join intimate mentoring circles designed to help foster and clarify career goals, develop critical leadership skills, expand and deepen peer networks and share and explore resolution of work-realted situations.
Being a volunteer on the mentoring committee will provide you with a unique opportunity to collaborate with other HBA committees (including programs, membership and marketing), network with leaders in the healthcare/business community, contribute strategic program insights and help expand our program to other healthcare sectors in the Bay Area. Time commitments are flexible and can be worked around your schedule.
