Many of you have contacted us to let us know you’ve not been able to log in to the Illuminate 2020 platform, while others have been able to get in. We hear you and the HBA is working with our provider to address the volume of logins swiftly. With more than 6,100 registrants logging in simultaneously, it is taking longer for the vendor server to accommodate the volume.

We realize your time is valuable so we have made the decision to reschedule the program, rather than keep you waiting. Our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience.

Like you, the HBA has been so excited and enthused about the Illuminate program and so it is with great disappointment that technology is forcing us to temporarily postpone this incredible event.
