Leading Through Change

Session participants will understand how change affects everyone, including the change manager and will learn how to develop a clear and compelling case for change. Most importantly, participants will walk through a repeatable process to help leaders manage change and articulate what we specifically want and need people to do. This will allow us to approach change methodically, while still handling the "human element."
