The HBA Annual Conference is full of exciting opportunities to connect, learn, and engage – but that can at times be exhausting and overwhelming. Make sure you’re taking care of yourself during the event by getting plenty of rest, drinking lots of water, and taking advantage of the health and wellness initiatives offered.
Local, woman-owned business Tula is leading classes for conference attendees from 7-8 AM Wednesday and Thursday morning. Choose between a gentle flow with guided meditation or Vinyasa for all levels. HBA will provide yoga mats. Space is limited; first-come-first-served. Learn more here.
Tula is also offering a complimentary class to attendees either in person or virtually, before/during/after the conference. Visit their website for schedules and use code: HBAAC22
