The HBA New England Region offers executives a range of opportunities to continue advancing their careers and expanding their high value strategic networks – even after they’ve reached the top of their organizations.
The invitation-only Executive Exchange program is a unique seven-month program for women and men at the c-suite, SVP and VP level looking to advance their own careers and propel women to leadership positions in healthcare companies and on boards.
Executive Dinner Series
The Executive Dinner Series is held three to four times per year and is open to attendees at the director level and above. These events feature a c-suite woman in a moderated fireside chat format. An intimate group of 30-40 executives gather over an elegant dinner to expand their peer networks and to learn from the journeys of successful businesswomen in healthcare. These popular events typically sell out.
Additional Executive Offerings
Occasionally, HBA NE collaborates with other organizations on executive programming.
HBA NE is co-sponsoring the 6 June 2019 “Aspiring Public Company Director Daylong Program” with the NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors) and the Boston Club. This program is designed for individuals who currently sit on large nonprofit boards or private corporate boards and/or are "c-suite level", who wish to take the next step toward securing a public company board seat. The discussions will be led by public company directors, or industry experts. Learn more or register today.
