All levels. This seminar is for anyone in a leadership position, regardless of years of business/industry experience, who seeks to develop/deepen effectiveness in decision-making by applying key principles of analytical leadership. 

Description: 
This interactive seminar led by Drexel University, LeBow College of Business faculty provides a broad overview of core components and development strategies associated with analytical leadership.
 
The first part of the session introduces participants to key themes of an analytically driven leader including awareness, influence, information-sharing and collaboration via an interactive lecture. Individuals will engage through real-time polls using their smartphones or web-enabled devices and participate in mini-exercises. Then participants have the opportunity to put these learnings into practice through an interactive case-based activity. This case, based on a real-life event, will challenge individuals to think deeply about information, recognize trends in data, share and discuss their perspectives, collaborate as a team, and make data-driven decisions both as an individual and within the team. After participating in the case, participants will engage in a structured discussion highlighting the need to collaboratively combine awareness, influence and information for effective decision-making in the dynamic environments faced by today’s leaders.

All levels. This seminar is for you if you want to unlock your best leadership traits, understand how you show up when under stress, and create your unique development plan to navigate your current role and strategize for career advancement.

It's our responsibility to break through the limiting behaviors and beliefs that may keep us from getting to the next level in our lives and careers.
 
Each attendee will complete the Birkman assessment, a powerful and proven business tool to measure internal needs, motivations and strengths to facilitate less stress and achieve higher personal performance and achievement in individuals, teams and organizations. The Birkman Method® is not simply a personality assessment. Instead, it is a powerful means to gain critical answers to how we lead, learn, think, decide and relate to others. The workshop will guide participants through their results and focus on understanding how we may be showing up in our usual style and when under stress, what may be holding us back from moving ahead in our career, and finally, learning what we need to do to breakthrough and build our own effective roadmap to succeed.
