For the past seven years, Susan has worked in the HR field within the biotech/pharmaceutical industries in HR business leadership and consultancy roles with high growth, internationally positioned organizations like AstraZeneca, Medimmune and is currently director of HR business partnering at Shire Pharmaceuticals. Susan works in Exton, Pennsylvania and lives in North Wilmington, Delaware with her husband Oliver and her mother. Susan and Oliver are parents of three adult children, have two grandchildren and jointly volunteer with strategic planning facilitation at churches and other non-profit organizations.
