Joan Yatsko is an enterprising, award-winning leader with over 20 years of strategic innovative marketing, sales and commercial operations experience in pharmaceutical business models, large and small. Joan has broad based commercial experience with progressively advancing functional roles in sales, sales training, sales operations, sales management, product management and marketing to her current director role in global commercial development.
Joan’s signature expertise is in identifying customer and market needs and building and executing strategy in specialty therapeutics of vaccines and oncology. She is recognized for developing business partnerships across multiple global markets to identify, assess and seize strategic market opportunities. She stands out for her ability to seek out and develop relationships with key stakeholders to support her initiatives.
Joan is currently a director, commercial development, vaccines at Pfizer. She is the asset lead for NeisVac-C (Pfizer’s monovalent conjugate serogorup C vaccine) and is leading global vaccine market development activities for Trumenba (serogroup B vaccine) and Nimenrix (quadrivalent ACWY vaccine).
