Jackie is a leader in our people advisory services practice with over 18 years’ experience in systems and HR performance improvement. Jackie partners with global and national organizations to ensure that the delivery of their HR technology deployments is aligned with their organizational strategy. She provides a long term perspective in developing HR service delivery and technology roadmaps while also directing immediate implementation and process improvements projects. She has done this with clients leveraging leading technologies including SAP, Workday, Oracle/PeopleSoft and a myriad of point solutions. Jackie has guided multiple global organizations with the alignment strategic human resources service delivery with business goals. She has also lead technology enablement initiative and integrations as a result of organizational change (M&A/ Divestiture/ Transformation).
Her focus areas include:
- Process optimization and technology enablement across HR and payroll functions
- Global talent acquisition and job distribution strategy
- Talent strategy and management programs (succession, performance, comp, career development)
- HR service delivery/shared services
- HR data analytics for effective business strategy execution
Jackie joined EY from a Fortune 500 apparel company where she was the head of global HR systems with the organizational development groups spanning EMEA, APAC, LATAM and the Americas. Prior to that she served as managing director of a global HRIS SaaS software provider where she consulted for organizations in a variety of industries including financial services, healthcare, manufacturing and media. Her cross-industry experience extends to her leadership within organizations such as ACS-State & Local Solutions (currently Xerox-overseeing their NJ State Workforce Contracts).
Jackie holds a bachelor of science in organizational management from Mercy College. Jackie is also a Certified Senior Professional in HR (SPHR).
