Central NJ – Chapter Operations Director
The Chapter Operations Director is the central point of contact for volunteer management and all chapter administrative practices, information, etc. They serve as the primary liaison between the Membership and Volunteer Engagement COE President to ensure timely and effective selection, vetting and placement of chapter leaders. Northern NJ – Chapter Operations Director

NY – Chapter Vice President
The Chapter Vice President is the primary liaison with the regional treasurer, ensuring chapter profit and loss and financials are well-managed, reported and understood. Ensures the integrity of chapter programming and events is in alignment with HBA mission, values and policies. Previous HBA board experience is required. NY/NJ Regional Director – Marketing Excellence
The Marketing Excellence Regional Director provides region-wide training, support, best practices and resources on marketing and communications to all local chapters and regional committees. Is the primary liaison between HBA Central marketing staff and volunteers within the region. Reports to the regional Marketing and Communications Center of Excellence (COE) President. NY/NJ Regional Director – Social Media and PR
The Social Media and PR Regional Director supports all regional marketing and communication needs through the use of social media platforms as well as media relations strategy and implementation.
