New HBA St. Louis chapter welcome program and guest pass program debuts this month

As a new member of the HBA St. Louis chapter, you will be invited to a welcome happy hour to be scheduled in the upcoming quarter at no cost to you. Be sure and keep the link to the HBA site as one of your favorites. Also, all new or renewing members are invited to bring a friend or colleague as your guest to an event at no cost. This is administered through a discount code that your guest will enter into the online event registration form at the time of event registration.

Lisa Sassman earns the HBA Indiana chapter LEAD award

Deb Dexter earns LEAD award for the HBA Ohio chapter

Deborah (Deb) Dexter, director of customer service, Cardinal Health, earned the LEAD (Leadership Excellence And Dedication) award for the HBA Ohio chapter. Deb was recognized for this achievement at the national HBA Leadership Conference in Orlando on Florida November 7, 2012.

The HBA SF chapter congratulates Keecia Scott

Keecia Scott with Gilead Sciences was recently named the lucky winner of the Apple iPad drawing for her commitment to increase the HBA SF chapter membership by referring new members. Keecia became an HBA member in 2009 while with UCB in Atlanta. After relocating to Northern California just over a year ago, she became a member of the HBA SF chapter and strongly believes in the value the HBA brings to its members.

So, we’re more than halfway through 2012 and we hope you are having a happy summer.

We have been very busy at the HBA Florida chapter this year, coming off a momentous 2011, where we became the HBA’s 15th chapter and received the first ever HBA “Setting the Bar” Award at the 2011 HBA Leadership Conference in Washington DC.
