When signing up for the mentorship program, I didn’t know what to expect. I also wasn’t sure if I wanted to be a mentor or a mentee so I decided to join as a mentee to immerse myself into this opportunity from the bottom up. My entry into the program has been nothing more than motivating and delightful.

HBA Rising Stars are professionals in various sectors of the healthcare industry and are designated by HBA's Corporate Partner organizations. Each Corporate Partner organization designates one Rising Star to be recognized that represents various career stages and disciplines and meet the following criteria:

  • Is an employee of an HBA corporate partner company
  • Contributes significantly to their organization, preferably in numerous areas
  • Exemplifies leadership and is a role model for others
  • Assists those in subordinate or peer positions and is a team player

  • Is a true example of top talent that your organization wants to formally recognize
