Theresa Straub joined the HBA in early 2015 and holds the position of manager of corporate relations. Theresa’s main responsibility is to manage the sponsorship sales and benefit fulfillment for the HBA’s flagship events. Theresa also provides customer service and benefit fulfillment to HBA Corporate Partners, and coordinates the 3BC Summit annually.
Theresa has a wide range of experience in nonprofit management with a focus on advertising, sponsorships, and account management. Theresa’s association experience includes positions at the American Society of Association Executives, the American Staffing Association, and Association & Conference Group LLC. Theresa earned a bachelor of arts degree from Boston College, and a master’s degree in business administration from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
