This session will empower participants by sharing strategies and tactics for situations where you have to stand up for yourself. Learn how to prepare for high-stakes situations, how to communicate your goals with confidence, and how to confidently manage and overcome adversity. Aside from providing tangible knowledge, the session will include the insights of experienced leaders who have achieved success by standing up for themselves.

There will be a moderated discussion about their career paths, mentors that helped facilitate their growth, and interesting stories that defined their successes and challenges they faced along the way. Their professional and individual journeys provide insights and guidance to inspire women in business to achieve their goals and learn how to navigate their careers. Women of all generations face equity issues and obstacles as they pursue their career goals. Whether it’s the glass ceiling, lack of access to resources, or other forms of discrimination, women have long faced challenges that are rooted in societal norms and expectations. Despite these limitations, women have continued to make strides in the workplace. You won’t want to miss this panel discussion featuring women of different generational perspectives as they discuss equity, obstacles they have faced and overcome, and what resources have been pivotal to their careers while sharing critical advice to guide success.
