The Mid-Atlantic Chapter officially launched its first formal Mentorship Program during two special kick-off events held April 23 in Rockville, MD and April 24 in Wilmington, Del. Both events, titled, “Pilot Mentoring Program Launch—The ‘Must Do’ for Career Development,” drew a diverse crowd of attendees interested in learning about the value of mentoring and/or participating in the mentoring program as a mentor or mentee.
