HBA Indiana Chapter needs a few good leaders!

Several key committee positions are available for HBA Indiana Volunteers:

Corporate Relations Committee

Goals

  • Maintain sustainability of our chapter
  • Foster relationships with local healthcare stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Secure financial donations
  • Strengthen relationships locally with Corporate Partners
  • Identify and build relationships locally with potential new Corporate Partners

Needs: 1 to 4 volunteers welcomed

Marketing Committee

Goals

  • Build recognition for HBA Indiana Chapter
  • Drive membership and event participation

Responsibilities

  • Define target audiences for each goal.
  • Determine value of HBA to current and prospective members in Indiana.
  • Develop strategies to promote HBA in Indiana Chapter market.

Needs: 3 to 4 more volunteers welcomed

Mentoring Committee

Goals

  • Provide professional mentoring opportunities that nurtures and engages our members

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure mentors
  • Provide structure and support for mentoring program
  • Ensure effective communication between mentors and mentees
  • Drive attendance at mentoring events

Needs: 3 to 4 more volunteers welcomed

Talent “Volunteer” Management Committee

Goals

  • Create engaged volunteers
  • Create growth opportunities for members
  • Create a sustainable team of talent for our local and national boards

Responsibilities

  • Connect with new volunteers within a week of joining HBA to ensure they find the best volunteer fit
  • Better understand motivation of current members
  • Create depth in our committees

Needs: 2 to 3 more volunteers welcomed

Program Committee

Goals

  • Provide high quality, well attended programs
  • Designed impact to a broad geographic and professional spectrum

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement programs for Indiana

Professional development programs

Socials

  • Create and distribute the event schedules
  • Content development
  • Speaker identification
  • Promotional activities
  • Manage program logistics

  • Communicate with other committees for needed resourcesd

Membership Committee

Goals

  • Grow and retain individual members

Responsibilities

  • New member orientation and outreach
  • Organize membership table at events
  • Lead member recruiting & retention initiatives

Member Goals
